May/June Bookings
The next Playscheme will operate from Tuesday 30 May – Friday 2 June at St Mary’s Junior School and Chesterton Community College. The booking form will be released at mid-day on Tuesday 25 April. University staff and students, Cambridge Assessment staff, Cambridge University Press staff, College staff as well as staff and parents of children attending St Mary’s and Chesterton School will be processed from Tuesday 25 April.
General Public bookings will be processed from Monday 8 May. Please can I remind you that although General Public bookings will not be processed until Monday 8 May, you may send your booking form to us from Tuesday 25 April.
Advanced bookings for May/ June half term will close on Friday 19 May at 1:00pm.
New Booking Procedure
After bookings have opened, parents will be able to submit their booking form for the upcoming holiday to the Playscheme Childcare Office in the usual way. Once received, the booking form will be processed in date and time order in accordance to the Registrations, Booking and Payment Policy and a confirmation email sent confirming the booking.
Cancelling your booking
During the advanced booking period, booked sessions can be cancelled, or additional sessions added, without financial penalty up to seven days after the booking confirmations email has been sent.
No refunds will be given for any cancellations requested 7 days after your booking has been confirmed.
Exceptional circumstances, which must be put in writing, will be considered at the discretion of the Playscheme Co-ordinator and the Manager of Childcare Services.
