Where can I book?

In order to book, you must register an account with us on Magicbooking. Once you have registered, contact us via email at playscheme@admin.cam.ac.uk to inform us of your place of employment. Please wait for confirmation from the UCHP Management Team before you make any bookings. We will approve your eligibility discount and let you know when you can begin booking.

It only takes 5–10 minutes to set up your account. Just click “Don’t have an account yet? Create one here” on the login page. For help, use the “Help?” section at the top right of the site.

When can I book?

Booking for all Groups (1, 2 and 3) will open on Friday 6th February at 09:00

Booking will close for all Groups on Sunday 22nd March at 23:59

Bookings made after Sunday 22nd March 2026 will incur an additional admin charge

How can I pay?

Payment is due at the time of booking via credit or debit card.
Amendments and cancellations can be made until the end of the advanced booking period and will generate a credit note to your account.
