UCHP February Half Term 2026

Where can I book?

In order to book, you must register an account with us on Magicbooking. Once you have registered, contact us via email at playscheme@admin.cam.ac.uk to inform us of your place of employment. Please wait for confirmation from the UCHP Management Team before you make any bookings. We will approve your eligibility discount and let you know when you can begin booking.

It only takes 5–10 minutes to set up your account. Just click “Don’t have an account yet? Create one here” on the login page. For help, use the “Help?” section at the top right of the site.

When can I book?

Booking for Groups 1 and 2 will open on Tuesday 9th December 2025 at 09:00

Booking will close for Groups 1 and 2 on Thursday 5th February 2026 at 09:00

Booking after Friday 5th February 2026 will incur an additional admin charge

How can I pay?

Payment is due at the time of booking via credit/debit card, childcare vouchers, or Tax-Free Childcare
Amendments and cancellations can be made until Thursday 5th February 2026 and will generate a credit note to your account
