
A day at Multi-Sports Holiday Club
Does your child enjoy sports based and action packed clubs during the school holidays? At the Multi-Sports Holiday Club, each day is packed with energy, fun and a variety of sports, designed to keep children moving!
Our timetables start off with fast-paced games like Football and Hockey, and include a range of unique sports and activities, like Padel, Pickleball and Yoga.
The Multi-Sports environment is safe and supportive, ready to help children build on their sporting confidence or to learn brand new skills! Using the extensive range of facilities on offer at the University of Cambridge Sports Centre, children can look forward to setting their sporting potential into motion!
What does a Multi-Sports day look like?
- Morning Drop-Off & Registration (08:15 - 09:00)
Children are dropped off at the sports centre, ready for an action packed and fun-filled day!
- First Sports Session (09:00 - 10:30)
A high energy, fast paced sport taster session to start off the day! For example Squash, Pickleball or Athletics.
- Morning Snack (10:30 - 11:30)
A break in the morning, to give the children a chance to refuel before the next session begins.
- Second Sports Session (11:30 - 12:30)
Another high energy sporting activity, like Hockey or Padel.
- Lunchtime (12:30 - 13:45)
A chance to chat with new friends and relax before the afternoon sessions begin. Lunches and snacks need to be provided by parents and must be healthy and nut-free. Please also provide a refillable water bottle.
- Third Sports Session (13:45 - 15:00)
Sports and games like Basketball, Volleyball or Football are the perfect way to kick off the afternoon!
- Afternoon Snack (15:00 - 15:45)
The final snack time of the day, to provide the children with a final boost of energy to make the most of the rest of the day.
- Final Sports Session (15:45 - 17:00)
A winding down active activity to finish off the day, like yoga or table tennis.
- Free play & end of day games (17:00 - 17:45)
The day ends with relaxed, fun group games before and free play while preparing for home time.
