A day at Multi-Sports Holiday Camp
The Multi-Sports Holiday Camp is the perfect choice for children who love staying active during the school holidays. Every day is filled with energy, excitement and a wide variety of sports and activities designed to keep children engaged and moving.
From fast-paced games such as Football and Hockey to exciting new experiences including Padel, Pickleball and Yoga, there is something for everyone to enjoy. Children will have the opportunity to develop existing skills, discover new sports and build confidence in a fun and supportive environment.
Delivered by experienced coaches and supported by our Playworker team, the camp welcomes children of all abilities. Using the outstanding facilities at the University of Cambridge Sports Centre and athletics track, children can enjoy an unforgettable holiday experience while reaching their sporting potential
What does a Multi-Sports day look like
08:15 – 09:00 | Morning Drop-Off & Registration
Children arrive at the Athletics Track ready for a fun-filled and active day ahead. Our team will welcome everyone and help children settle in before activities begin.
09:00 – 10:30 | First Sports Session
The day begins with an exciting, high-energy sports session. Activities may include Squash, Pickleball, Athletics and other engaging sports designed to get everyone moving.
10:30 – 11:30 | Morning Snack Break
Children take a break to relax, refuel and recharge before the next session starts.
11:30 – 12:30 | Second Sports Session
Another action-packed activity takes place before lunch with sports such as Hockey, Padel and more.
12:30 – 13:45 | Lunchtime
Children can enjoy lunch, spend time with friends and recharge for the afternoon activities.
Parents are asked to provide a healthy, nut-free packed lunch, snacks, and a refillable water bottle.
13:45 – 15:00 | Third Sports Session
The afternoon begins with team sports and games such as Basketball, Volleyball, or Football, encouraging teamwork, confidence and fun.
15:00 – 15:45 | Afternoon Snack Break
A final snack break gives children an extra boost of energy for the remainder of the day.
15:45 – 17:00 | Final Sports Session
The last structured session of the day focuses on enjoyable winding-down activities such as Yoga or Table Tennis.
17:00 – 17:45 | Free Play & End-of-Day Games
The day finishes with relaxed group games and supervised free play, allowing children to unwind before home time.
