Summer Holiday Provision
Booking for all parent groups will open on Tuesday 26th May at 09:00
Booking will close on Sunday 12th July at 23:59
Cancellations can be made before Sunday 12th July and will receive a full credit note to your account. After this date, cancellations will receive a credit note in a case-by-case basis.
Bookings made after Sunday 12th July will incur an admin fee of £2.50 per child per day
How do I book?
In order to book, you must register an account with us on Magicbooking. Once you have registered, contact us via email at playscheme@admin.cam.ac.uk to inform us of your place of employment. Please wait for confirmation from the UCHP Management Team before you make any bookings. We will approve your eligibility discount and let you know when you can begin booking.
It only takes 5–10 minutes to set up your account. Just click “Don’t have an account yet? Create one here” on the login page. For help, use the “Help?” section at the top right of the site.

A 10% sibling discount applies where appropriate. From Summer 2026 the fees will be reviewed on an annual basis.

Payments
Parents are able to pay via debit/credit card for all three provisions, and Childcare Vouchers or Tax-free Childcare for Holiday Playscheme only through their Magicbooking account. Booking confirmations will be sent to parents and the UCHP Management Team, detailing any outstanding money owed from the cost of the booking.

Parents wishing to pay using the Tax-free Childcare scheme are able to do so. Please search for the "University of Cambridge Holiday Playscheme" when selecting a childcare provider, or via the postcode for Trumpington Meadows, CB2 9AY.
