Working For Us
Our Holiday Provision provides high quality play opportunities and care for children (Reception Class - 12 years) throughout the school half terms and holidays, with exception of the Christmas holidays and Bank Holidays. Play is an essential part of a child's life. We believe that the role of a Playworker is to offer a wide range of play opportunities and enable children to be the masters of their own play, in a safe and caring environment.
Safeguarding children is paramount and therefore all successful candidates will require two references and an Enhanced DBS check. All new Playworkers are required to have completed specific Safeguarding training in order to work at our Holiday Provision.
Successful candidates will join our bank of casual Playworkers. The Management Team provides an induction programme along with regular training. We are ideally looking for Playworkers who can work 2 - 4 shifts per week during every school holiday that we are open. However, we will consider applications from those available in limited holidays.
We use a rolling recruitment programme for Casual Playworkers. You must be 17 years or older to apply.
We currently have no vacancies. Please check this page regularly for up to date information.
