Useful information

Please contact playscheme@admin.cam.ac.uk to be added to our mailing list.  All users on our mailing list will be contacted with booking information as each Playscheme opens, and sent updates and reminders when necessary.

Playscheme offers flexible arrangements as children can attend for the whole day or just for a morning or afternoon session.

The children must bring their own packed lunch. A range of healthy morning and afternoon snacks and drinks are provided by the Playscheme.

Bookings can be made electronically or using paper copies.  We will only send paper copies of the booking documentation if you have notified us that no computer access is available.

Children are not permitted to use their mobile phones or other electronic devices at Playscheme (excluding DS Day). If you wish to provide them with a mobile phone then this needs to be stored safely. Children will be able to access it for appropriate reasons. If an over 11s room is open, then staff may deem it acceptable for them to use any phones or electronic devices in this area.
