Fees
To ensure the University of Cambridge Holiday Playscheme (UCHP) can continue to run sustainably while maintaining the high-quality care and activities families value, we will be applying a small, gradual increase to fees over the next year. Please below for our daily rate at each Playscheme and a description of parent Groups 1, 2 and 3.

A 10% sibling discount applies where appropriate. From Summer 2026 the fees will be reviewed on an annual basis.

Payments
Childcare Vouchers
Parents are able to pay via debit/credit card, Childcare Vouchers or Taxfree Childcare through their Magicbooking account. Booking confirmations will be sent to parents and the UCHP Management Team, detailing any outstanding money owed from the cost of the booking.

Tax-Free Childcare
Parents wishing to pay using the Tax-free Childcare scheme are able to do so. Please search for the "University of Cambridge Holiday Playscheme" when selecting a childcare provider, or via the postcode for Trumpington Meadows, CB2 9AY.
After you have made payment via Tax-free or Childcare Vouchers, please contact the UCHP Management Team at playscheme@admin.cam.ac.uk with confirmation of your payment method and any relevant reference numbers.
