Parents are able to pay via debit/credit card, Childcare Vouchers or Taxfree Childcare through their Magicbooking account. Booking confirmations will be sent to parents and the UCHP Management Team, detailing any outstanding money owed from the cost of the booking.
Below are the details of some of the Childcare Voucher providers the University of Cambridge Holiday Playscheme is currently registered with. If you wish to use a provider not detailed, please contact the Childcare Services so we can register with them.
Parents will be unable to pay for sessions at the Multi-Sports Holiday Club using Childcare Vouchers or Tax-free Childcare. All payments for this club must be made via debit/credit card.

Parents wishing to pay using the Tax-free Childcare scheme are able to do so. Please search for the "University of Cambridge Holiday Playscheme" when selecting a childcare provider, or via the postcode for Trumpington Meadows, CB2 9AY.
After you have made payment via Tax-free or Childcare Vouchers, please contact the UCHP Management Team at playscheme@admin.cam.ac.uk with confirmation of your payment method and any relevant reference numbers.
